Women are just as good if not better....

So I was watching NCIS this week and I realized how the girl on the team always seems to be looked down upon by other guys. In one episoide the team had to be stationed on a sub for the navy but only two of them could go. Kate, the girl on the team, had many more qualifications than everyone else but the captain of the sub didn't want her coming on only because she was a girl. After hearing this, Gibb's, the NCIS team leader, called the captain out and Kate was eventually able to go on the sub. It still amazes me that even though times are and have changed, people are still so sexists towards women. Women can do pretty much anything that men can and most can do it wearing high heels.

Deadly Kiss

How come in movies in order to kill a "bad" guy a girl just has to kiss him? I watched get smart this weekend and it totally happened in the movie. Ann Hathaway who played agent 99 was fighting with one of the "bad" guys in the air. She couldn't deploy her parachute because the guy was hanging on to her back. Kicking him wasn't working to get him off so she looked over her shoulder and kissed him. Instantly he fell down towards the ground only to land in a barn and onto a pig. Later in the movie the producers made a joke of it by having a guy on the "good" side kiss a guy on the "bad" side. I guess that when this happens all they really want to show is that beauty can kill sometimes.
